Booking & Policies

Booking A Session:

A $50 non refundable retainer fee is due at the time of booking any session *with the exception of mini sessions which are to be paid in full at the time of booking due to limited availability. The remaining balance is due at the time of the agreed session date. 

Booking for Event:

A $100 non refundable retainer fee is due at the time of booking. Must book at least 30 days in advance of event to secure date and time. The remaining balance is due 2 days before the agreed event date.

Images: 

You will have 30 days to download your images online, via Pixieset download that I will email to you approximately 2-6 weeks from your session or event date. I will make sure that your online gallery is operating correctly for you to view and download your images.

Copyright: 

Milestones Images owns the copyright to all images. It is illegal to copy, scan, or alter images done by Milestones Images. Any editing/altering of images must be done by Milestones Images. A print release will accompany all Pixieset downloads. 

Performance: 

If the Photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness, then the Photographer shall give a full refund or reschedule the portrait sitting. The client shall not have any further liability with respect to the agreement.
